Just added a new item to the B&W collection of designs - gift cards. These are really cool to use as part of your referral marketing program, as client incentives, or in place of gift certificates. You could have these printed up as plastic gift cards through AllTimePrint (I’ve had plastic gift cards printed through them in the past). Or, you could have small quantities printed up as business cards. Surprise your best photography clients by including one in their thank you notes. Change the studio name and contact information and use the included wording on the cards or modify it to suit the needs of your photography studio. Trying to catch up after the crazy several months I’ve had. Finished up an SEO project for Boston Baby Photographer, the talented Taslim, owner of Bring to Light Photography. She’s reported already seeing an increase in web traffic, and it looks like she’s getting some top 10 results on google!
I recently had the pleasure to work with boudoir photographer Kathy Honeybourne of Honeybourne Intimates in Toronto, who came to me because she really needed a new splash page. She chose the full splash page package with SEO add-on, and an html page with a machform. She brought a lot of ideas to the table, regarding the overall look and feel and goals of the page, and I was able to provide my expertise and ideas to bring it all together. While the visual appeal, accessibility, and actual design are important, the bottom line are the results. The best website in the world won’t get you anywhere if potential clients can’t find it! A well-designed splash page increases business exposure and brings in new clients. I am thrilled with the results Kathy has seen so far. She has already seen a big increase in hits to her website, as well as actual bookings. Given her google rankings before the new splash page and her rankings now, I consider this project a huge success.
